White spot pod vase
A uniquely white spotted and carved bud vase handmade from a beautiful dark stoneware clay body, formed into a flat pod shape, it has been furnished with a tall narrow foot and tall narrow rim, the body is beautifully textured with multiple tiny spot impressions, they stand out beautifully as the white glaze filled them and they stand out against the blue glazed body and dark clay that breaks over the surface. A beautiful little pod vase.
This piece was designed to hold water and is fully water tight, alternatively it stands alone beautifully as a unique little sculptural piece to add character to any space.
